The Camden Classics cup is considered the pinnacle of racing in the mid-coast. Sponsored by Lyman Morse, join Hesper for two days of racing and mingling in Camden Maine, the jewel of the midcoast. Set into the hill’s of Mt. Battie, Camden is a breathtakingly beautiful backdrop to hundreds of classic vessels. Racing and Parade of sails begin Saturday and end on Sunday.

Hesper is available for two days of chartering. Clients have the option to stay aboard and charter both days at a discount (inquire below). Boarding for the first day of racing begins Friday at 8am in Camden via launch. Racing begins at noon with a post race cocktail party at 5pm.

Saturdays racing starts with a parade of sail in the morning, and then a similar schedule follows.

Hesper is available for full day charter on both race days, Friday and Saturday. Cost for a full day charter is $1,200 for each day. This includes lunch, and post dinner party tickets. Guests do have the option to stay aboard for additional costs ($120 per guest). Launch service is complimentary.

Yes! Guests can stay overnight at a cost of $120 per guest. If you are interested, we also offer a windjammer cruise for that week. Why not charter the boat out? 12pm: First Warning CCC Fleet and Youth Regatta

5-7pm: Post Race Cocktail party at Lyman-Morse Camden.

Join us on the docks to swap stories about the day's racing at Salt Wharf Restaurant and Barren's Distillery for post-race appetizers and cocktails.

7-9 pm. Salt Wharf & Blue Barren will be open for dinner post party

9:30pm Launch Service Ends

SATURDAY, JULY 30​

7am: Launch Service Begins

9am: Dock out & set up for parade of sail

10:00 am: Parade of Sail, Camden Harbor

9:00 am - 12:00 pm Mid-Maine Sports Car Club Classic Car Show

On site at Lyman Morse. Collection of 20+ British and European sports and touring cars will be on display

12:00pm: First Warning

6:00-10pm: Post Race Party and Awards Presentation at Lyman-Morse

Dinner will be provided by the new Salt Wharf Restaurant & Blue Barren Distillery. Bar sponsored by Goslings Rum, Barrens Distillery, Stella Artois, Shipyard Brewing & Sea Dog Brewing and Kawama Tequila Drinks. Larry Williams and his 8-piece band will provide the dance party. Attendees must present a ticket for admission.
