Penobscot Bay and beyond is full of hundreds of climbable islands - some of which haven’t been touched. Together with a certified climbing guide from Equinox Climbing, we are able to provide two climbing offerings aboard Hesper in 2024.

The first is a half-day climb add on. This is for all levels of climbers. Even first timers! Noah will join us at an island in Penobscot bay for a couple hours of cragging and hiking. It’s generally a chill and relaxed affair, with half the adventure being sailing to the designated island!

The second option is new to 2024 and is a dedicated climbing expedition. This 4 day custom expedition is dedicated to sailing to new spots throughout Penobscot Bay and Downeast in search of great climbs with our guide. It’s basically our Windjammer Expedition, except each stop every day is a new climbing site. Make no doubt about it- these climbs are not public and populated spots. They are places only accessible by sailboat.
